This image is taken from an older photography book entitled, 'OUR AMERICA : SCENIC AND DESCRIPTIVE, FROM ALASKA TO THE GULF OF MEXICO' by George Cromwell. Nice big clear 8x10's from the 1890's of 300+ historical locations, gravesites, buildings, notable Civil War battlefield monuments, including a few author's homes. I've researched Poe's house in NY on a trip a few years back, but have never seen this image, presumably of another home he lived at while doing some editorial work for some of the numerous magazines and periodicals he had a hand in.
